Using Group Policy to only show Devices and Printers in Client Start Menu

1.    Edit a GPO.

2.    Navigate to User Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Control Panel.

3.    Double-click  Show only Specified Control Panel Items  in the right pane, select Enable, click Show button, and type Microsoft.DevicesAndPrinters.

4- go to User Configuration\AdministrativeTemplates\Start Menu & Taskbar\

double click on Remove Programs on Settings Menu policy and change it to Not Configure
